Helping More People Make a Difference
At Barrett Values Centre®, creating a values-driven society by supporting leaders in building values-driven organisations has always been our aim. Our role in this is to deliver powerful metrics that allow leaders to measure and better manage their cultures. From the very start of Barrett Values Centre, we have held the intention of making our services available to as many people as possible.
Over the years we have been approached by people and organisations seeking our services to work with entities such as school systems, grass roots community groups, indigenous or native people, and charity organisations, but who simply could not afford our standard prices. We want to respond to such requests in a uniform and fair way because supporting people is deeply ingrained in our culture and rooted in our values. Therefore, we are pleased to introduce the Barrett Values Centre Fund, established to further support people making a difference through cultural transformation around the world.
The Barrett Values Centre Fund provides grants to organisations that are working to create values awareness for cultures, leaders and/or future leaders. This will come not only in the form of free or reduced fees for CTT assessments, but also by providing financial support for other aspects of projects such as facilitation, publicity, and administration costs. Grant applications for projects that align with BVC’s mission and vision will be considered regardless of the use of our Cultural Transformation Tools SM.
Grants are available to tax-exempt public charities, nonprofit organisations, certain for-profit organisations, and government agencies in need. The Fund generally does not support: endowment programs, fund raising events, annual appeals of well-established organisations, or grants to individuals.
Grants average between $1,000 and $10,000 (US $) and will be awarded twice per year in June and December. Applications must be completed and submitted via email by May 1 and December 1. Our internal Barrett Values Centre Fund review committee will evaluate all applications and notify applicants of decisions no later than June 15 and December 15, respectively.
