CTT Certification


The CTT certification programmes of Barrett Values Centre are comprised of blended-learning solutions that span 2 to 8 weeks, providing in-depth training on the Barrett Model and how to administer, analyse and work with the Cultural Transformation Tools to support, measure and monitor leadership and organisational culture development.

Our programmes are offered both publicly and privately around the world by BVCs Professional Faculty and Global Partner Faculty.  We provide the following levels of certification. 

Note:  Each level of certification enables participants to work with specific CTT assessments at varying price points. These details are outlined on each Certification description page. 

This level of certification is offered for consultants, coaches, change agents and human resource managers to learn how to use the Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT). Participants are involved in lectures, discussion and group activities.

By the end of this course, you will have a deep appreciation of the Seven Levels of Consciousness (Barrett Model), its heritage and philosophy. You will understand the process for setting up and running a survey with your clients and you will also be proficient in reading and interpreting the values assessment charts. You will also have the certification in the delivery of the values assessment survey, whether your client is internal or external.

This level of certification is for those ready take a deeper dive over three days into the Barrett Model and how to effectively conduct, analyse and share the findings of the CTT assessments to support the process of individual and cultural transformation.

You will learn to coach others using the CTT tools at a transformational level. With this certification, you become eligible to purchase our entire array of products, including select reports offered in more cost-effective, diagram/plots only format.  

Part I & II Combined is a four-day experience, enabling those who are ready to jump into the full experience of both training sessions at one time to learn.  The topics covered are outlined in the above descriptions.

CTT Practitioner is a four-day experience designed for those who are experienced coaches and consultants (internal or external) supporting leaders and organisations seeking to adopt, practice and evolve more fully into a values-based culture.  This programme draws from CTT Part I and II, providing an equal exploration into the foundational aspects addressed in Part I and the analysis of CTT assessments in Part II,  with additional emphasis on how to support whole systems change.

You will learn how to work with clients to help them identify where they are in their whole systems change process through the process of exploring several case studies in which the Barrett Model, the CTT assessments and additional resources and processes developed by BVC Professional Staff have been successfully applied.
