Presents the big picture:  Why is measuring and monitoring values and culture important? What’s involved in the journey, beginning with gaining awareness of your values and how values alignment influences organisational culture.  The Barrett Model is explored in great detail drawing upon the use of both the Personal Values Assessment (PVA) and the Individual Values Assessment (IVA) to understand the importance of personal values alignment in organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Introduces the organisational perspective, providing insight into what informs and shapes the structural alignment of an organization’s core values and espoused values.  Organisational factors that impede progress and innovation, cultural entropy, are explored alongside what reinforces organisational growth, customer satisfaction, innovation, internal cohesion and the capacity to create a thriving culture that can make a difference. Focus is given to learning how to effectively analyse and share the results of a Cultural Values Assessment (CVA) and Leadership Team Values Assessment (LTVA).  Real-world cases across industries are discussed.
