Where applicable (for example, under GDPR), we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and vital interests.

We may share personal data with client organizations, cloud and hosting providers, analytics and service providers, payment processors, professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where required.
We do not sell personal data.
The categories of third parties identified above are those to which we may disclose personal data received in reliance on the EU–U.S. DPF and the UK Extension. Where we act as a data controller, you may choose (opt out) whether your personal data is disclosed to a third party acting as a controller, or used for a purpose materially different from the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you. To exercise this choice, contact privacy@valuescentre.com. Where we act as a processor on behalf of a client organization, such choices are directed by that client, and we will refer your request to the relevant client and assist as required.
